A belief is something that you believe or accept as true. Your beliefs are often your perception of the way things are and what you believe to be true. But this does not mean that your belief is actually true.
Here is the problem. As Frank Lloyd Wright says ‘The thing always happens that you really believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen’.

A 'need' is essential healthy human functioning. Just as we need water and air to breath, we also have needs in order to be happy and healthy; physically, mentally, emotionally as well as spiritually.

Besides the obvious needs required to survive; such as water, food and shelter there are primary needs that extend beyond our Physiological and Safety needs.
Needs are what you ‘must have’ in order to function well. A need is something that is essential to your wellbeing, not motivated by greed but by what satisfies the essence of who you are; your being and your soul.

When you make decisions in your life, it is important to think logically; to examine, consider and to be discerning about the right course of action. There is a fine balance between overdoing something or not doing enough.
While there is no formula that determines precisely which right action to take each and every time, you need to carefully consider and weigh up what is appropriate for a particular situation or circumstance.

Welcome to the worlds of paradoxical truth or parallel realities. In the world of paradoxical truth we move beyond two dimensional thinking, beyond this or that, beyond black or white, right or wrong.
This is a different way of thinking that at first might seem unnatural because we are conditioned to think in terms of duality, not this BUT that. Rather than different realities excluding and opposing each other they can be inclusive of each other.
