Not having a clear direction, a meaningful goal to achieve or an ambition to work towards, leaves many people with that restless, gnawing feeling of unlived potential and unfulfilment.
Unfulfiled goals lead to frustration, unhappiness, discontent and it can even leave you feeling depressed. Don't let that happen to you; that bus is already full and there are no spare seats!

Believe it or not the vast majority of people suffer from delusions of grandeur. We have learned to be critical of ourselves. With that, we have also learned to be critical of others. True humility is being grounded in and accepting of what it means to be human; the so called dark-side, light-side and everything in between.

How often do you berate and harshly judge yourself, and in turn feel bad and inadequate? If you think that you should know the exact consequences of your actions, that you shouldn't make mistakes and you should know better, there is a very good chance that you are suffering from a God complex.

The 'Self' has many aspects and in essence, your sub-personalities are an important part of your 'team'. While all of your various sub-personalities are ultimately there to assist you, some take their job far too seriously and rather than help you they can actually hinder you, sabotage your efforts and stand in your way. The idea is to become aware of this 'Self' and to understand what each of these sub-personalities need, want and have to offer.

A belief is something that you believe or accept as true. Your beliefs are often your perception of the way things are and what you believe to be true. But this does not mean that your belief is actually true.

Besides the obvious needs required to survive; such as water, food and shelter there are primary needs that extend beyond our Physiological and Safety needs.
Needs are what you ‘must have’ in order to function well. A need is something that is essential to your wellbeing, not motivated by greed but by what satisfies the essence of who you are; your being and your soul.

When you make decisions in your life, it is important to think logically; to examine, consider and to be discerning about the right course of action. There is a fine balance between overdoing something or not doing enough.

Welcome to the worlds of paradoxical truth or parallel realities. In the world of paradoxical truth we move beyond two dimensional thinking, beyond this or that, beyond black or white, right or wrong.
This is a different way of thinking that at first might seem unnatural because we are conditioned to think in terms of duality, not this BUT that. Rather than different realities excluding and opposing each other they can be inclusive of each other.
